Rubber Injection Molding Machine adjustment and operation

  1. Check and turn off the hot plate heating switch on the electric control cabinet (turn it to the OFF position), remove the protective cover on the temperature control meter, and turn the knob in the middle to set the desired temperature.
  2. Press the timing relay adjustment button (which can be adjusted cyclically) on the electric control cabinet, and select the timing unit: s for seconds, m for minutes, and h for hours; then select the corresponding value.
  3. Turn the power switch to the 1 (or ON) position to turn on the power.
  4. Press the start button of the oil pump to check whether the rotation of the motor is correct, and be careful not to reverse for a long time.
  5. Check and open and close the manual valve, then press the mold clamping (oil pump start) button to close the mold; when the pressure rises to the upper limit of the pressure gauge after the mold is closed, the motor stops and the timing starts, and the pressure stage is performed; the pressure process In the middle, when the pressure drops to the lower limit of automatic compensation pressure set by the electric contact pressure gauge, the motor starts automatically to compensate the clamping pressure, and when it reaches the upper limit set pressure, it automatically stops to realize automatic compensation; when the pressure time is up, the sound When the light alarm device alarms, press the stop button of the oil pump, then pull the handle of the manual control valve, open the manual control valve, until the mold opening is realized, and a working cycle is completed. During the mold closing process, you can press the stop button of the oil pump at any time to stop the mold closing.
  6. After the equipment is started, the handle of the manual control valve should be continuously pulled to make the plunger move up and down continuously or loosen the hexagonal vent plug above the back of the oil cylinder, then close the mold to lower pressure and discharge the air in the oil cylinder before the test drive.
  7. The setting of system pressure: The low-pressure pressure of the system is controlled by the low-pressure relief valve, which is mainly used to control the clamping speed of the equipment. The low-pressure pressure can only be adjusted until the plunger rises faster, generally 0.2-0.5Mpa, and then If it is too high, it is harmful and not beneficial, and it will only cause the motor to overload, but has no effect on the clamping speed; the high pressure of the system is controlled by the high-pressure relief valve, which is mainly used to control the high pressure of the equipment. The upper limit of the flow valve and the electric contact pressure gauge is adjusted, but the maximum high pressure is not allowed to exceed the system-rated voltage of 16Mpa; when the system pressure is adjusted to 16Mpa, the clamping force is 0.5MN, and the clamping force is 0.44MN when 14Mpa and 12Mpa. When the clamping force is 0.38MN and 10Mpa, the clamping force is 0.31MN; the adjustment method of the relief valve is: there is an adjusting screw at the outermost end of the high and low-pressure relief valve, loosen the tightening nut on the adjusting screw, turn left The adjusting screw is to lower the pressure, and the right-handed adjusting screw is to increase the pressure. After adjusting the high and low pressure with the electric contact pressure gauge, tighten the lock nut (Note: each relief valve has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and the high-pressure relief valve is generally adjusted to the rated system pressure, which can be adjusted separately, but the low-pressure relief valve is generally not allowed to be adjusted again). In addition, when each control valve of the hydraulic system is repaired, turn each adjusting screw left to the outermost end, and then first set the low pressure, and then set the high pressure.
